About the Glaze
We developed our own glaze recipes and mix them in small batches regularly. There will be variation. Our indigo glaze is actually our a combination of our mussel glazed wiped into the pattern and then wiped out and dipped into our glossy clear glaze. Like magic in the kiln the two make a beautiful indigo and white finish. You may see some organic specks on your piece, we do not consider these defects, just part of the handmade nature of our work.

We fell in love with the size and shape of this uber functional serving platter. And the unique pinched texture combined with the drippy bronze glaze edge make it a knock out. Each piece is hand cut and formed as well as pinched so no two are alike.
About the Glaze

You will see some gentle sparkly sheen, hence the name snowflake. It is a warm white. Our Pinch collection pieces have the added bonus of a hand-painted bronze glaze drip on the rim, which creates the unique character of each piece. You may see some organic specks on your piece. We do not consider these defects, just part of the handmade nature of our work.
